267 commercial units are located on the basement and ground floors of blocks in the 2nd Stage Innovia Project, The units used as stores and storage, etc. are located in various sections of the residential blocks. 226 workplaces are found in the Shopping Mall within the complex and another 41 are located in the various sections of the residential blocks. The project, which comprises 267 commercial units, also includes a social facilities area.

Single-storey C Mall, built as an independent unit overlooking the complex interior has a utilization area of 786.80 m2. D Mall and F Mall are built as 1 single-storey, independent unit.
