The Armutlu Holiday Village Time-share Flats project in Yalova is a health and tourism oriented project by the sea side with thermal water facilities. Some 96 of the 1.348 flat project built on a 200.000 m² land were included to the portfolio of our company. The flats in the project were designed so as to have both sea and forest views. The construction of the project was completed on 30 June 2004, while the opening was realized in August 2004 following the landscaping. Sale of the time-share flats was completed as of 31 January 2005.
