Marmara Evleri Phase 1, developed by İhlas holding and built by İhlas İnşaat at Yakuplu, Büyükçekmece on a 700.000 m² land, is comprised 2704 flats and 133 villas. The project had begun in 1997 and was completed in 1997. The flat size alternatives in the project are 110, 130 ve 150 m². The villas were built on 675, 950 and 1.350 m² lands and with area alternatives of 300, 500 and 600 m². Sales of the 194 flats and 10 villas at İhlas Marmara Evleri Phase 1 in our portfolio were completed in 2001.
